Gift cards sold online, that come back as bookings
Customers buy a gift card on your booking site, an amount or a specific service, in a design for the occasion. It reaches the recipient on WhatsApp, and they book with you when it suits them.
-
Revenue paid up front
Each card is paid for when it is bought, weeks or months before the visit.
-
New customers with every gift
Each card reaches someone who may not know your business yet, and they book with it on your booking site.
-
Runs on its own
Selling, delivery, the reminder before expiry and the invoice, all without your team lifting a finger.
A gift shop on your booking site
The gift card page is part of your booking site. Buyers choose an amount, a service or a package, pick a design for the occasion, write a message and choose when it arrives, right away or on the day. Then they pay by card or Apple Pay.
- An amount, a service or a package
- Designs for Eid, birthdays and every occasion
- Sent right away or on the day
Arrives on WhatsApp, booked with a tap
The card arrives on WhatsApp, and by email when one is added. The recipient opens it to see the code and balance. "Book now" adds the code to the booking for them, the card pays first, and anything left stays for the next visit.
- Delivered by WhatsApp and email
- The code goes in automatically when booking
- A reminder two weeks before it expires
Cards you design, and a record of each one
Design your own cards in minutes: start from a razza template or your own photo, change the colours, pattern and headline, show your logo or your business name, and match your logo's colours in one tap. Every card sold sits in one list with its value, balance, status and every use, and can be resent, extended or opened with its tax invoice.
- Your own designs, from a template or a photo
- Your logo or business name on every card
- A full history and tax invoice for every card
Gift card questions
How does a customer buy a gift card?
On the gift card page of your booking site: they choose an amount or a service, then a design, add the recipient's name, WhatsApp number and a message, and pay by card or Apple Pay. They can also buy a card for themselves.
How is the card spent?
With the "Book now" button on the gift page, or by entering its code when booking on your booking site. The card pays first, the rest of the booking is paid another way, and any balance left on the card stays for a later visit until it expires.
What's the difference between a value card and a service card?
A value card is spent on any service, in one visit or across several. A service card is bought for a specific service or package at its price on the day. If the price goes up later, only the difference is paid, and any leftover balance can be spent on anything.
Can we design our own cards?
Yes. Start from a razza template or your own photo, then change the colours, pattern, headline and finish, show your logo or your business name, and take the colours from your logo in one tap. Each design is tagged with an occasion, such as Eid or a birthday, that buyers browse by.
How long is a card valid?
Six months, a year or two years, as your business chooses. A reminder is sent two weeks before a card expires if it still has a balance, and the owner can extend any card.
Can a gift card be refunded?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash, and buyers are told so before they pay. When a customer cancels a booking paid with a card, its money follows your cancellation policy. When your business cancels, it always goes back on the card, and a missed appointment keeps it.
Is an invoice issued when a card is sold?
Yes. Every card gets an invoice when it is sold, sent with the buyer's receipt, and the visit the card pays for deducts it, so VAT is never counted twice.
How are gift cards switched on?
The razza team switches them on for your business, then the owner chooses what to sell, the amounts and the designs, and sales start on the booking site.
