Attendance questions
Do we need a fingerprint device?
No. Attendance is recorded from each team member's phone in the razza app, and it is only accepted inside the branch area.
How are clock-ins and clock-outs recorded?
Automatically when the razza app is opened inside the branch area, or with the Clock in button. It stays recorded until a clock-out, leaving the branch area while the app is open, or the end of the shift.
Is the team's location tracked all the time?
No. Location is read only while the app is open, and never outside that.
What if a shift ends without a clock-out?
Attendance ends at the scheduled end of the shift, the owner sees when they were last seen at the branch, and the record can be corrected with a reason.
Can schedules and leave be used without location attendance?
Yes. Weekly schedules and leave set when each team member can be booked, even with location attendance switched off.
How is location attendance switched on?
The razza team switches it on for your business, the owner pins each branch and its range, and each team member turns on automatic attendance on their phone. Tracking can be turned off for shared logins, such as a reception account.
